Flowers are natural and seasonal. If a stem we planned for your bouquet is not at its best on the day, your florist replaces it with an equivalent stem of the same value and style, keeping the colours and mood you chose.

Choose one delivery or collection date and time slot at checkout. The selected schedule is saved with your order.

If something is wrong with your flowers, please contact the store so the team can help.

If the recipient cannot be reached at delivery, we contact you to arrange a second attempt or collection from the store.
